The most amazing Napoli Sauce
Garlic, 1 clove, crushed
Basil leaves, a handful, washed and very finely sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil, 1/2 tbs
San Marzano tomatoes
Crushed tomatoes
Simmer garlic and a pinch of salt in oil for a few minutes, do not let it burn.
Add tomatoes and basil.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer for 2 hours on low-medium heat.
Crush with a masher.
