Green Beans with Lemon

Green beans, 500g, washed and topped and tailed
Lemon, 1, zest and juice
Almonds, flaked, to taste
Olive oil

Blanche the beans.
Toast the almonds.
Drain the beans, and transfer to a serving bowl.
Add the zest and juice.
Drizzle olive oil.
