FILO spinach spiral (mini ones in a mini apir) , salads, roasted maple  Brussels sprouts and broccoli, leaves, crunch salad - apples , cabbage, celery, pecans, radishes, mung bean sprouts, dressing? Apple cider vinegar dressing. Yes yes yes. 

Try filo spiral with potato leek dill and bechamel. For spinach spiral , one less egg and no bechamel.

Zucchini  fritters on pita with humus avocado and lettuce and tomato, and French fries some with everything bagel with dill mustard oil or Mayo dressing. Up the herbs in the fritters. And sour cream just like potato pancakes. And fried mushroom, and place fritters in oven to Dry out a bit. And dill Dojnaise with oil as dressing. Can even dunk some french fries (esp if fried and a bit dried out) in dressing as well.

Try this - New Mexican - tortillas, Texas chilli with no tomato chunks ie just 700ml passata , paste of tamarind coriander mint and green chilli and oil  chicken marinated in Zaatar garlic and lemon (500g just 1/3-1/2 lemon juices), dry fried and flipped then add a little oil, , red cabbage and radicchio and kale  with oil and vinegar drizzled, avocado, red onion salsa, tomato, and boiled eggS. Can add quinoa patties, hummus, crushed roasted Zaatar chickpeas

Lasagne with italian tomato or passata , bechamel silver beet similar to spinach pie with or either dill is the only question. Maybe a ricotta later as well. Good . Splodge small dollops of ricotta on top of spinach bechamel mixture . Have quite a liquidy tomato . Cook uncovered for 45 minutes then cover with foil. Need to be salt added to sauce as you cook them. A good way to use up fresh pasta that is tough.

Greek pita pizza - sofrito napoli, red pepper and mushroom or margerita made on greek pita bread. spray oil on the pizza tray, place pita on the tray, top with sauce, add toppings and cheese and bake at 190 degrees celsius for 10 minutes or until brown. served with pampushki, maple broccoli and sprouts. and leafy salad

Ball dinner, corn fritter balls, meatballs that work, broccoli cheese balls, bbq chicken, avocado, shredded lettuce, hummus, dill dijonaise, egg salad with dill dijonaise, you can add a tiny tiny touch of maple to dill dijonaise for a different flavour.

Corn fritters, done in the deep fried with feta ball shape, zucchini fritters, hummus, everything bagel potato and sweet potato french friies, avocado salsa (the one with lime coriander spring onion and a dash of chilli of some sort), tomato slices, lemon, shredded lettuce and perhaps on lebanese bread, and fritters with cumin salt used also to sprinkle on salsa. and maple brussels sprouts AMAZING!!!!!!!!

Fresh fettuccine with stanley tucci marinara and or pesto and with or without cream added to either. crunchy and leafy salad with avocado and balsamic and oil dressing and the ultimate garlic bread. A very very very solid and good meal.
